The Foundation invites donations, whether big or small from individuals, foundations and corporations to enable the Foundation to fulfil its aims to make a difference by enriching and widening the collections of the Raja Tun Uda Library with a particular focus on these three key areas:

  • Library collections and resources for the visually and hearing impaired.
  • Library collections and resources for children and adults with special needs, with an especial (but not exclusive) focus on those with Dyslexia, Down’s Syndrome and Autism.
  • Books, papers and other records documenting Selangor’s history and cultural heritage.

    Cash donations to the Foundation (or to the Library) are presently tax deductible under Section 44(6) of the Income Tax Act 1967.
